The Bark River Bird & Trout is a light-weight hunting knife, designed for birds and fish. Many knife makers have made a version of this classic knife. Little knives, however, come close to this Bark River. After all, this knife is incredibly thin behind the edge. As a result it is the perfect filleting knife. Because you are dealing with a convex edge it also retains its sharpness well. This knife is great for hunting purposes or when you go fishing.
